At the first of our Business Agility and Transformation Group events of the year, we managed to shed some real light on the impacts of environmental sustainability, cultural change and people management on today’s business landscape.
Sara Penrose opened the event with a scene-setting overview of what sustainable growth really means and was followed by a fascinating case study from In2tec’s Emma Armstrong.
Aaron KcKenzie and John Henderson then built on this story by engaging from the perspectives of cultural impacts and human skills: what are they and what are the current perceived barriers to making meaningful and sustainable progress?
Richard Collins rounded off the morning session with the benefits of having and implementing a Sustainability Strategy, before moving into a discussion with the speakers and a forum with the audience, both in person and online.
With huge thanks to our expert speakers:
This was a hybrid event supported by Hexagon, held at Silverstone Park Innovation Centre and online.
