Inspired by our new membership of Silverstone Technology Cluster, some of the coaching team at Clearworks Coaching have kindly invested a whole heap of brains and energy into creating a “snackable” podcast for people leaders in the STEM sector!!

What’s “snackable”, you say?
It means the podcast is short and sweet, designed to digest quickly as you drive to work or walk the dog at lunchtime.

What does it do?
It shares simple ideas that can be used straight away in your STEM organisation to recruit, retain, engage and inspire leaders, without a big fat budget.
