As members back in 2020, Amazon Web Services (AWS) also joined in partnership with us to provide our members with access to a highly successful pilot programme.
Based around AWS’ Working Backwards mechanism, members were invited to multi-part 9-hour, interactive workshops designed to help define a new product, service, or experience, and then accelerate bringing that solution to life.
This highly collaborative and customer centric method has been honed from those used by Amazon during the development of breakthrough innovations like Amazon Prime, Amazon Kindle, AWS and Alexa – many of which are now seen as essential services to many.
