Advanced Engineering Show 2024

With support from Silverstone Park and Jaltek, we hosted the event’s popular VIP Lounge for the 7th year… and it was even bigger and better than last year!

Spread across two days (Wed 30th & Thurs 31st October 2024) Advanced Engineering is the largest engineering show in the UK and delivers the perfect platform for making new connections and sourcing new solutions, ideas and suppliers.

Situated around the perimeter of the VIP Lounge was our Innovation Zone, where 18 member businesses showcased their latest innovations and technologies.

Our stand was at the heart of the show where footfall is highest and stands are most in demand, and there was a LOT of footfall! Our Innovation Zone members were kept very busy! They made a lot of new connections and even had a surprise visit from Guy Martin, which created a bit of a buzz!

We also had two STC focused presentation sessions on the Automotive Forum Stage, one on each day of the Show, with some excellent presentations from Pim and some of our Innovation Zone businesses. Thanks to all of our fantastic speakers:

📣 NETWORKING DINNER

Our networking dinner on the Wednesday night, kindly supported by Jaltek, was held at the cosmopolitan Lake Lounge at Resorts World. It was an informal and relaxed affair where 60+ members and guests came together to unwind after a busy first day at the show and continue some of the day’s conversations over a drink or two.

📣 AWARD WINNERS!

For the second time in three years, the the STC won the Advanced Engineering Show’s Best Marketing Campaign award.

AES organisers judged STC’s promotion of the show and VIP Lounge, helped drive more visits to the show than any other organisation. Well done team!
