The Silverstone Technology Cluster and our members had an increased presence again at this year’s Advanced Engineering Show at the NEC, Birmingham, on 1st and 2nd November.

The Advanced Engineering Show is the UK’s largest annual exhibition and conference for advanced manufacturers and supply chain professionals. The event takes place over two days and attracts close to 15,000 visitors.

With support from founding member Silverstone Park and member Jaltek, we hosted the event’s popular VIP Lounge for the sixth year. We again had an Innovation Zone, as in 2022, but bigger and better this year where 18 member businesses were showcasing their latest innovations and technologies.

Our stand was at the heart of the show where footfall was highest and stands most in demand.

We will also had two STC-focused presentation sessions, one on each day of the show where we heard from Pim and some of our Innovation Zone businesses.

VIP tickets gave access to the whole show, plus the VIP Lounge and we were pleased that so many used it to meet with STC members and Board members or to have a meeting with Pim. VIP Lounge visitors were also treated to lunch here and all day refreshments.
