Dominic Hopkins: Dominic is joint Head of the Central England Office of HCR Hewitsons, acts for domestic and foreign businesses in complex technology, engineering and product failure disputes and is experienced in cross-border cases (litigation and international arbitration).

Nicolas Goffman: Nicolas leads the HCR Hewitsons international practice and advises UK companies on cross-border contracts and overseas risk, and also helps investigate foreign companies.  Nicolas has practised law in China and is fluent in the language.

David Beynon: David is a commercial, technology and intellectual property lawyer.  His main areas of focus include supply chain transactions, research and development activities, and strategic outsourcing/service-related projects.  In addition to his general commercial practice, he frequently advises clients on the existence, ownership, protection, development and exploitation of their intellectual property rights.
