We are looking for talented, friendly and enthusiastic individuals to join our firm. Specifically, a Corporate and Commercial solicitor, based in our Bedford office. If you have previous experience working as a solicitor or equivalent and are looking to strengthen your knowledge and experience further, this role could be exactly what you’re looking for!

What will your responsibilities be?

• You will be advising clients on commercial agreements and corporate transactions including: commercial agreements, intellectual property, company law, investments, partnerships and finance
• Developing and growing your own client base
• Providing high quality, tailored and effective legal services to clients in a timely manner
• Proactively managing your client matters effectively and profitably
• Collaborating with team members across all areas of the firm
• Developing mentoring capabilities by advising less experienced team members

Does your previous experience include:

• 6+ years PQE or equivalent experience
• Successfully advising on a range of corporate matters
• Demonstrable knowledge on commercial agreements, data protection and intellectual property
