We were founded by Professor Peter Hines and Paul Morris in 1983 as
a small break-out company from Cardiff University’s Lean Enterprise
Research Centre (LERC). We have grown into a global training and
consultancy business with offices in the UK, USA, Ireland, Germany, and
Australia. We support world-renowned organizations as well as small to
medium sized organizations develop their leadership and continuous
improvement capability – enabling them to build their tomorrow whilst
managing today more effectively.
