SafeByDesign Ltd is an engineering consultancy and design house founded on over two decades of experience in safety engineering, electrical, software and system design. We provide design, build and concepting of prototype systems, products and machinery across a range of industries. We have TUV Certified Machinery Safety Expert personnel.

All documentation, Functional Safety and testing can be fulfilled to CE and UKCA. We have additional experience with exporting to UL and Far East.

Industries include Automation, Renewables, Motorsport, Pharmaceutical, Pharmaceutical, FMCG and Nuclear, Robotics and Science at the highest level.

Recent projects include: hydrogen electrolyser, fuel cell, vertical wind turbine, ammonia cracker, emissions test cells and software and prototype projects.

SafeByDesign has extensive experience in: safety calculations, risk assesments, FMEA, Eplan, Solidworks Electrical, Autocad, Solidworks, PLC and data acquisition.
