We deal with the creation of 3D prototypes through procedures of
finely designed moulding and additive manufacturing, using a variety of
technologies including SLA, SLS, TPU and DMLS.
We define our materials and have developed a unique galvanisation
finish to extract the highest level of performance from any parts.
Prototype galvanisation is an additive technique that aims to makes
objects more resistant through the application of a metal cladding. The
metal coating is created on objects that have already been worked
using other rapid prototyping techniques such as laser sintering (SLS)
or stereolithography (SLA).
Our services refer to numerous sectors of application: Automotive,
motorsport and racing, medical and product design, thereby becoming
the ideal partner for the definition of custom elements combined with
high efficiency standards.
The SCP staff aims to achieve the definition of elements in perfect
conformity with the needs of practicality and of aesthetics required,
carefully planning each stage of the project based on your specific
needs.
Our services include dealing with the supply of materials for laser
sintering (SLS) such as nylon, aluminium fibres and thermoplastic
polyurethane coming directly from our internal production.
