As a UK based engineering business, Sylatech is specialist in the design, engineering and manufacture of metal assemblies and components. Our vision is to inspire and create engineering solutions for this generation and the next.
Our unique, in-house, investment casting foundry, excels in the manufacture of small precision components and through additive manufacturing, the production of both prototype and low-volume, production metal parts. Additionally, Sylatech has expertise in the design, engineering and manufacture of passive RF/Microwave waveguide antennas, subsystems, assemblies and components. Our technical engineering team challenge perceived manufacturing design limitations and demonstrate how Sylatech’s additive process can deliver complex geometric parts in production volumes. Our casting
process delivers high-accuracy parts with ultra-fine detail and smooth surface finish.

Motorsports parts we have produced include; fuel impellers, inverter cases, EV motor housings, gyroid heat exchangers, busbars and lattice structures for structural components.

Sylatech’s capability also extends to a range of in-house engineering processes and treatments, including CNC machining, tool making, painting, heat treatment, chromate conversion/surtec, welding/torch brazing and electrical testing. We also work alongside a range of leading sub-contractors, to offer dip brazing and antenna range testing. Whilst the aerospace, defence and space sectors account for a large proportion of our business, we also service customers in a wide range
of industries including the automotive, rail, scientific, custodial and medical sectors. Sylatech holds accreditations to both AS9100 and Nadcap.
