detection in soft X-ray, EUV, UV or visible wavelengths. These systems
typically have to be compatible with high or ultra high vacuum.
We also have supplied to the semiconductor industry providing
cameras compatible with ultraclean conditions and other exacting
requirements.

We are now supplying imaging systems compatible with space
outgassing and collected volatile condensable material requirements.
