Who we are

The Silverstone Technology Cluster (STC) is a not-for-profit cluster support organisation for advanced engineering, electronics and software businesses in the wider Silverstone area. The organisation aids its members with Promotion, Support, Thought Leadership and Skills.

Our mission is to create an ecosystem which promotes and supports the growth of our members by maximising the members’ global competitiveness.

The STC aims to create and facilitate the creation of programmes, groups and events which are informed by the members for the benefit of the members.

      The STC is big on catalysing connections and collaborations between the right people, and Special Interest Groups create themes which encourage those to flourish. Our four Special Interest Groups (SIGs) have been developed since the STC’s inception to be both broad and deep enough in scope to encompass all our members’ sectors and products.

      We’re talking recruitment, retention and upskilling and encouraging youngsters to consider engineering and technology as viable career routes. This is the place to come to find out about all the opportunities available from our members and partners and events happening in and around the region. We also welcome members to share their news and opportunities here. We will be posting anything relevant to Careers; Apprenticeship and project placement opportunities; Knowledge Transfer Partnerships/research; and volunteering opportunities.
