In 2024 Oskie Films are dipping their toes into the YouTube universe!   This year we’re aiming to create an engineering based factual entertainment channel and are on the lookout for content!  We’re looking to follow reverse engineering and restoration projects of historic and heritage items – from Cars and trains, to tanks and planes, and anything in-between.

We’re not looking to follow the restoration of an entire vehicle but are on the hunt to follow the search and re-engineering of vital parts that are either lost, damaged, or hard to get hold of.  The idea of the films is to show a blend of high performance engineering, combined with craftsmanship and entertaining history and factoids.

There is no cost to anyone taking part.  Oskie Films would create the content and any companies or participants would be able to link to the films so they would get free promotion!

As members of the Silverstone Technology Cluster, Oskie Films are looking forward to offering fellow members this fantastic opportunity – but we also welcome interest from outside the STC community too!

We’re already talking to STC members about following their projects and we’re sure others are out there too! (or members might be able to put us in touch with people in their network that are undertaking similar activities.)

Any material, any part, any vehicle, item or size – we’ll consider anything as variety is key!
