The STC Board has increased to 11 members with the recent appointments of Caroline Indge (MK College), Nick Greenway (Cosworth), Stephen Blythe (Jaltek) and Amir Khosh (ST Engineering Antycip).

Caroline, Head of Partnerships & Innovation, commented: “At the heart of every business there are skilled and talented individuals – the Silverstone Technology Cluster understands their importance and demonstrates a desire to ensure opportunities to develop and grow knowledge are accessible for all.

“This foresight was one of the reasons I wanted to join the Board as I bring with me my expertise and passion in the field of education and can be part of the growth and evolution of the Cluster.”

Meanwhile, Nick is Cosworth’s Global Director of Marketing & Sustainability having previously worked on brand marketing and digital strategy for The Coca Cola Company.

Stephen is Jaltek’s Business Manager and was previously Chair of Make UK Defence.

Mechanical Engineer Amir specialises in simulation, virtual reality and immersive technology with ST Engineering Antycip.

Long-serving Board Member Mark Clement, a Director at Grant Thornton, said: “From the outset, the STC has always had two representatives of member companies on the Board, and with both Simon Holloway from Dynisma and Chris Horton from Performance Projects stepping down, we were looking for replacements for them. We also decided that bringing somebody on board with educational expertise would be a benefit, especially in light of our new Skills work stream.”

“We believe Caroline, Nick, Stephen and Amir have so much to offer that the STC and the Cluster at large can only benefit from their collective knowledge and experience.”
