As an experienced individual with strong commercial and technical acumen, my role as Sales Director for PP Control & Automation is one driven by results.
My responsibility is for delivering business growth, financially and with new customer opportunities. To do this successfully and consistently, I believe that exemplary skills in high-level negotiation, pipeline management, and creating and delivering on strategic business plans are key. Fixing annual budgets, P&L management, and introducing new soft and hard media strategies are also typical of the skills needed to be successful in this field.
Perhaps one of the most enjoyable things about what I do though is working in collaboration with industry partners such as the STC to unite SMEs and provide greater insight into manufacturing of electro-mechanical products and assemblies. The UK has and, in my opinion, always has had a great entrepreneurial mindset with technology and R&D being an exciting prospect for the future economy. I look forward to working with the STC members in assisting and supporting the launch of their products.
