Talitha has over a decade of B2B marketing experience, acting as trusted advisor to technical founders, MDs and CEOs through her consultancy, Trailblaze Marketing. At MPA Group, Talitha has built a network of high-value partnerships with Associate FDs, investors, accelerators and research parks, maximising the impact of collaboration and innovation in supporting a network of over 900 clients and partners.

Talitha’s strengths lie in building meaningful relationships with partners and understanding client pains, making the right introductions, at the right time and using customer insights to drive impactful marketing activity.

Talitha champions women in leadership and better access to funding for female founders and has recently joined Be the Business’ Productivity Programme as Marketing Advisor to UK SMEs. She also co-hosts podcast Innovation Matters, where she has very honest conversations with founders on their journey to entrepreneurship and the realities of running a business.

When not at work, you’ll find Talitha spending time with her husband and two young daughters, or at her local CrossFit box.
