About the Research Outcome
The event will showcase the findings from an European Union-funded project: Gender Equitable Interactions Online (GEiO). The innovative approach of the research involves a multi-cultural methodology – one based on a series of observations, interviews, case studies and surveys across different organisations across Europe. We will also share a pioneering review of the affordances of software for virtual meetings – Do they promote or hinder equity in meetings?
Attendees will be among the first to learn the project’s findings and witness the launch of our free and open-access online training. This includes a suite of recommendations of strategies that both leaders of meetings and their participants can utilise to foster engagement among all participants.
